hey im jerry seinfield just stoppin by to get some milk

i just got home from my first time at band camp

and it was surprisingly cool

i dont play an instrument

im a manager so i basically chill all day

and someone in my cabin brought a tv so we watched movies alot

the very first night there andrew bust out his stereo and we throw in some metal and just starting rocking and the rocking turned into a moshpit and like other cabins came over and it was great

then at one point i picked up a drum stick and tried to hit grorge with it but i missed and broke a window

so that ended that nights party

second night almost the same thing except no breaking window

now the third night the third night was fucking insane dude

it was like a 2 hour party of moshing and raving all kinds of crazy antics and at the end me evan and and marc just start head banging like hell to an iron maiden song and shit

oh yes i forget to mention there was a camera at every night so we had video taped all this

and it was insane

next night we just were up till like 3 talking

and the last night we all went out on the field at like 12 and just stared at the stars

it was majical

and i will never be the same

there was lots more to tell but im not getting into it all

thats basically the good ol low down

paiges party is coming up like tommorow i think

then the retakes show

then marc and georges party kinda things

and i gotta have my hair cut in like 4 days

and i for one am pissed

oh well

iv been really upset lately

no clue in the world why

everynight when i go to sleep i feel like i completely fucked something up and i start feeling like shit

and i didnt even do anything

so i end up staying awake like 2 more hours trying to find something to do

but i guess what they say is true, anger and misery can be used as strength

iv been playing guitar so much more now

i feel a million times better at it even though im probably not

been talking to andrew alot lately

we are composing ROCK!

and its not a 100% yet but we're pretty sure lee's gonna be the bands new singer

hes got the voice that me and andrew think could mold into our songs

so that should be cool

ah fuck i hate being upset

iv been missing katt alot lately too

ah well

theres a brighter tommorow

and we shall teach them rock and roll...

i went to this bumpin party the other night yo

i went to the party of julie and it was just wonderful

not so many people that i would normally hang with but it was cool i had a good time

then slept at landry's house of gay

i feel like my influences have been tempted

i tried to get myself really into progressive and shit

and dont get me on your bad side her i think it kicks ass and has some of the most talented musicians ever in it and i could listen to it and enjoy myself

you know

like

more then a friend....

but no the honest truth is you cant just turn from what you love

i always found myself going back to listening to soundgarden or pearl jam kinda shit

and fuck do i love those bands

sometimes you just hear things in songs and your like holy shit that was genious how could they come up with that

not like a badass solo or anything but just some small fill or something that just fits perfectly

something you didnt see coming but is just the shit

and i never noticed it as much before but these banda have some really sweet musicians

the guitarist for pearl jam is just like great man he's got those perfect riffs and swells when he solos and normally you dont notice but damn does it make the song good

if not for those little things music would suck major ass

so uhh

hello good viewers of my thing

i went to texas

it was ok i suppose, rained everyday so we didnt do all too much but i got a cd a movie and a dvd

we walked into a circuit city and they had this thing by the blue man group playing that was like completely bad ass so after watching it for a little while i bought that dvd

i dont think those dudes normally do shit like that that cause it was their rock tour but holy jizlobber that things cool

i got the movie clerks too its pretty cool iv always wanted to see it and now i own it bitches

dude we were in fye and this is how the story goes

evan:holy shit dude the doors are closed!

me:what the hell?

evan:look theres some guy over there.....HOLY SHIT ITS SHAQ!!!!

and thats the story of how we saw shaq

they closed the whole store while we were inside for that dude to go shopping and hes gotta be the biggest dude iv ever seen

anyway when i came back i had to stay at evans for three days

it went by fast

and we saw stella

and god i love that show

it is just the shit

well thats all good

we have a band practice tommorow

havnt had one in over a month so we hope to get some rocking done

and julies partys coming up

and marcs party

and i have to cut my hair in a week

another day goes by and i wonder how i could've made more use of it.....

anywhoskinadle due to the upcoming arrival of our bassist who had to go to brazil the suspense has built, and now the whle band is just done of waiting and ready to jam out again

you know its amazing how much you learn when you get older, i used to think slash would be my favorate guitarist till the day i die

but now its like hes really good, but once you've seen better you cant help but make him wait in a corner for a little while

iv got to say by far my favorate guitarist now is john petrucci, i used to just listen to some key songs by dream theatre and think it was cool, but now my eyes have been opened that dudes the fucking shit, iv always been a fan of tremolo picking and iv never heard someone do it as badass as this dude

and iv never seen a band party more then pantera did

and iv never heard a singer impress me as much as chris cornell he's the only singer i can honestly say iv heard do a great low voice and high voice iv heard him do it like in the middle too, that dude is the fucking shit as singing, not as much as he is in his solo prodjects or with audioslave but with soundgarden that dude is just jaw dropping

as for bassist i still have to cope with claypool i meen iv heard some good bass players man but that dude just grabs the bull by the horns as champagne would say

and drumming my aplause go to portenoy

so to all you folk who enjoy rocking out with whatever pleases you out

dream theatre, soundgarden, primus, pantera, if you havnt listened to these bands you havnt lived

now im not saying their the best

their definately in that category for their genres(especially primus)

but they do kick ass

and i dont feel like listing a million and 1 bands that kick ass
